Google Chrome Favourite Manga One piece	Goku's full power was 90,000 Ginyu in goku's body was 23,000 but when he was adjusting to the body his power started to increase by the minute while Vegeta left at 18,000 he'd have to be an oozaru to defeat him but by the time he turns into one Ginyu would have figured how to use Kaioken.
